In this retreat you will be guided by two masters in their field.
Joanna Mpatsiou is a Grandmaster of Transformational Hatha Yoga. This innovative system is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual clarity. Transformational Hatha Yoga goes beyond just physical exercise - it has to do with practicing consciously with love, sharing unconditionally, be close to nature and animals, observe yourself and practicing dynamic meditation. These are all aspects that directly connect Yoga Practice to Horsemanship. Horses are able to sense the emotional and mental state of human beings with extreme precision.
